HR is important because it is the people, who make or break an organization.
ReplyDeleteWith IT, marketing, finance being other resources, it is the people only who operate these resources as well, so hiring and selecting right people is the part of the HR department, because it is HR which will shape each of the other resources and the organization as a whole.
And it isn't easy doing so, people are different in different ways and selection of people for a job is a very crucial factor and therefore, HR is really important.
In my opinion, HR isn't just a supporting resource of an organization but is also a partner in shaping the organization.
Earlier we had administrative authority which managed the employee related matters. But now HR administrate all employee related queries. This lead in to positive out come of the employee problems such as salaries, health coverage, bonuses, needed day offs.

Proper grooming and professional appearance is important to both men and women. Lack of these may lead to poor image and may interfere with your chance of getting good impression and positive feedbacks from your workmates and superiors.
